Overview

Nga̋er Yaẃvē Vǖy was founded durring the late 14th century in summer of the year 1291, by Maerdes. The establishment of the new community went well, though many minor issues had to be solved as time went on. This was enough to delay construction and push back the formal opening ceramony, leading to some embarisment for Maerdes.

Nga̋er Yaẃvē Vǖy was built using the conventions of Hobgoblin durring the late 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Nga̋er Yaẃvē Vǖy is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

Nga̋er Yaẃvē Vǖy is buildings are built arround a single restrictive packed earth mainstreet which forms a counterclockwise spiral to give the town a over all circular shape. The town has a defencive wall made from large clay bricks. The wall is constructed to the exact specifications of millitary fortifications, but the nature of its clay brick construction leaves it vulnerable to even outdated siege equipment. That said, the town is well defended against anything short of an army. Nga̋er Yaẃvē Vǖy's brittle defences are in an unremarkable state. To some, this is the ideal sate for defences to be in. In need of absoutly nothing, and ready to serve the town as needed.

Nga̋er Yaẃvē Vǖy has a very calm atmosphere. People can be seen relaxing, scocilizing, and going about all manner of business other than the daily grind. Men, women, children, all can be seen enjoying life in a laid-back way in the many parks which line Nga̋er Yaẃvē Vǖy’s streets. Yet, deep down, you know this atmosphere is a carefully created illusion. You can see the ocasional seam in their tapestry. You’re not sure what has them doing their best to act so carefree, but act carefree they do.

History

Nga̋er Yaẃvē Vǖy's residents established a new industry (22164 % 6)+1 years ago, and it’s making them a great deal of profit. Old patterns of authority and wealth are being disrupted, and the old gentry are unlikely to be pleased about it. They may be trying to take over the industry, or they may have been the ones to enable it in the first place and are using it to crush the life out of any rival power bases. Outsiders might be playing a major role as well, and it could be they plot to siphon off the profits.

In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century, Nga̋er Yaẃvē Vǖy was attacked by savage tribes living nearby Nga̋er Yaẃvē Vǖy. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Nga̋er Yaẃvē Vǖy lost 150 people, 244 livestock, and 70 buildings. The war is remembered in legend by Nga̋er Yaẃvē Vǖy's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
